The MAJUS 2025 Summer Internship Program is a hands-on, eight-week experience designed to immerse students in the heart of our work: team development, conflict resolution, data analytics, Agile collaboration, and client-centered innovation. Housed in The NEST—our internal R&D and innovation lab—the internship empowers participants to explore real-world challenges through team-based projects, guided by the same capabilities that drive our client success: Digital Services & Data Strategy, Intelligent Automation, and Agile Program Management. This year, our four interns (more on them later) will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, Agile environment while expanding their knowledge of data science and data analytics.

They’ll take on a project focused on transforming raw data into actionable visual insights, using collaborative problem-solving techniques to drive meaningful outcomes. Just as The NEST functions as our innovation hub—where new tools, processes, and ideas are tested before implementation at federal agencies—this internship offers students a space to learn, experiment, and make real contributions in a professional, mission-driven setting.
