HRSA Poison Control Quality Assurance/Quality Control/Data Analysis

• MAJUS provides audits and reviews for the delivery or release of deliverable work products.  Our team conducts product and process audits to ensure product and process quality are maintained and improved. We collect data and provide analysis for the Poison Control Center log.

HRSA Poison Control Help Desk Support

• MAJUS provides help desk for Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) virtual Poison Help Desk call center contract.  Our support includes 24 hours a day, every day of the year, to provide call routing, data collection and reporting and service support to the Nation’s 55 Poison Control Centers (PCCs).
