MAJUS never stops searching for ways to help our clients be successful. The NEST (Nurture, Explore, Study, Transform) Lab at MAJUS Consulting serves as the driving force behind innovation, blending Agile methodologies with cutting-edge technology to accelerate discovery, refinement, and implementation. The NEST Innovation Team—comprised of practice area leads, technical experts, and solution architects—collaborates closely with project teams, program directors, and stakeholders to explore emerging technologies, optimize existing tools, and introduce transformative solutions tailored to project needs.
The MAJUS NEST provides a space for our employees to proactively integrate innovative concepts and technologies into our solutions. We use the lab to test and integrate tools, techniques, and processes used by our customers to find efficiencies and improvements; and also to test out and integrate innovative new tools, techniques, and processes we identify based on emerging trends. The Nest allows us to continually increase our employees’ knowledge and proficiencies and provides them a risk-free space to turn proof-of-concepts and pilots into real-world solutions for our customers.
INTERNSHIPS
The NEST also facilitates our internship program. As part of the Nest and the Centers of Excellence, we provide internships for students to gain important on-the-job skills through our MAJUS Internship Program. Our internships are provided year-round and provide an opportunity for selected interns to work on company initiatives, learn about the latest technologies, and gain experience preparing and providing presentations and demonstrations.
